My approach to Property Videography
Social media is filled with highly edited, fast-paced property videos that focus more on the skill of the editor rather than selling the house.
I prefer to take an approach that is more sympathetic to the subject I am filming. From my background in sales and marketing, I understand the value that these videos can have, and that the ultimate metric is not views and likes, but the number of property viewings compared to using traditional marketing techniques.
No property is treated the same, and there is no copy-paste formula to my filming. I like to get a feel for the listing and discuss the highlights with the agent to ensure the video is hitting the mark with their target audience.
